Cancellation, Return & Refund
TrendsBee reserves the right to cancel your order at any point of time without providing any explanation for doing so, under situation wherein TrendsBee is unable to meet the requirement or order such placed does not comply to TrendsBee policies or because of any other applicable reason. However proper communication would be done to user within implied time and any refund if applicable would be given within stipulated time frame.
We start processing order as soon as we receive it. However in some unforeseen situation wherein you want to cancel your order, the below mentioned conditions would be applicable:-
- Cancellation of orders is allowed prior to dispatch of order from our warehouse
- A deduction of 5% would be done towards cancellation processing charges.

How Do I initiate return Process
In case you receive damaged/defective product that does not matches with specifications of product ordered, Kindly speak to our customer service representative @08287110489 or write to us firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please do not return products without communicating to TrendsBee.in and products returned without our knowledge would be returned to customer and no refund would be done in such a case
- Upon receiving your complaint, TrendsBee team will look into the authencity of your complaint and genuine complaint will be further processed for action.
- Product would either be repaired/replaced or refunded if replacement is not available
- Upon receipt of product kindly inform TrendsBee team within 24 hours about damage/defect/any other disorder in product for raising return request
- Product should be unused
- TrendsBee.in has reverse pick up facility in most of the pin code. For pin code where reverse pick up facility is not available. You will be inform well in advance for dispatching product through renowned courier company near your location and courier charges would be reimbursed as per conditions applicable
- Products should have their original packing, invoice, tags, warranty card(if applicable),etc intact while returning products to trendsbee.com
- TrendsBee QC team would check the authenticity of return request raised and refund would be done after confirmation from QC team within 10-20 days.
Refunds initiated would subject to following conditions:-
- Refund would be done within 10-20 days after receipt your refund request
- Refund amount will be based on value of product originally purchased, and mode of refund would be same as opted at the time of ordering product through payment gateway.
- Refund through bank will take 7-10 working days as per banking procedures.
